Terms of Service

  1. Contact us by mail, Twitter or Discord (Hentai Genia#3974 ) and send us your commission information.

  2. If we're not okay with your commission, we might propose to change some things. When everyone agrees, your commission is accepted.

  3. You receive a sketch or few sketches for your commission in the first place. If you are happy, we will wait until you pay your commission to continue (100% price upfront). If you are not happy, this is the moment you tell us what must be changed on the sketch! Once we've crossed this step, no changes are possible.

  4. When it's finished, you receive your commission by mail. Enjoy!

Deadlines

We currently don't have specific deadlines. The time take depends on the complexity of the commission and especially on our schedule. If you are on the rush with your commission, let us know!

Artist rights

  • We retain all rights and copyright to the commission piece.

  • If the client agrees, we may share publicly works-in-progress of the commission. We may always share works-in progress on SubcribStar and Fanbox.

Artist agreements

  • We agree to produce art desired by the client as long as it fits under the Terms of Service.

  • We agree to provide progress updates to the client on a regular basis.​

Client rights

  • If the client wishes, we agree to communicate their name when sharing publicly their commission and a link minimum back to their personal media.

  • You have permission to repost the finished commission wherever you would like as long as proper credit is given : at least a link back to Hentai Genia's Twitter page.

Client agreements

  • If ordering a NSFW piece, client agrees to be the legal age.

  • Artwork cannot be used commercially or claimed as your own.

  • If the piece is shared publicly and altered in any way, you must inform it on your post.

  • You may not share publicly any work-in-progress of the commission without my agreement.

  • Clients agree to comply with all service terms and price listings.

Canceling, refunding

There may be two different circumstances when a cancelling happens : either it's you or it's us who have stopped the process.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time without having to justify ourselves on the reasons. If that happens, you will be totally refunded.

  • However, if you are the origin of the cancellation and if the sketch step is over (Step 3), you do not get refunded.
